What happens after I order?

Once the order is placed, it is automatically registered in our system. We will use your provided email info to contact you and to assign you one direct chat with your assigned pro-player. We use our chat system and your email to inform you about your order status. The chat is also one very convenient way to agree about your preferred playing time, so that we can fulfill your order, without signing you out of your account, during your preferred play time. We inform you when we log on your account, we inform you when we leave your account, we inform you when we fulfill your order. Beside this you can always use the chat to communicate with us or your assigned pro-player.

How quickly will my order be completed?

Well… this depends largely on the service you buy; some mission require less effort and play time, some other require longer time. In general we assign your order to one pro-player and let contact you well within 24hrs of your purchase, from there it depends on your agreed “play-time-window” how fast we can fulfill your order.

How do I get my order streamed?

If you would like to have your order streamed you need to order it on the Checkout Page of your order, you will find accurate advise on how to order this option.

I made a mistake on my order. Can I change it?

Of course, you just need while logged in to get in contact wit us on our chat, provide the order number that you would like to modify and the updated information, we will solve the issue fast and hassle-free.

How do I know you won’t mess with my account?

We take security very seriously, we are players like you and we fully understand that our relationship with you is entirely based on a mandate of trust that absolutely cannot be betrayed. All the pro-players who collaborate with us, in addition to being personally selected, have signed a confidentiality agreement that binds them in the confidentiality relationship with you and that binds them not tamper with the general settings of the account you have entrusted to us. It may happen that to complete your order we will have to change the game settings of the controller or use weapons or character settings that you normally do not use, but no element of your arsenal or character will be deleted, unless we receive your explicit written instructions in this regard. Anyway, before entrusting us with your account, we recommend that you change your password with a temporary password, which we suggest you change again once we have completed your order.

Do I always get an email receipt?

When you place your order, you should receive almost immediately one order confirmation email from us and one email from the payment service you choosed ( Paypal or Stripe) that confirms your payment. If you feel that you did not receive any of this two email, please check your Junk/Spam folder and settings, sometimes it can happen that this emails lands in your Junk/Spam folders. If this is the case you will need to change the spam settings in your email client.

Which payment methods do you offer?

We accept Paypal and Stripe. You do not need to have one paypal or stripe account, both accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express and other cards.

Are there any discounts?

We are working on a sophisticated discount-reward mechanism, it will be ready by the end of 2020. It will take in account every purchase you will have already placed on your website. Stay tuned 😊

Can I play on my account while you are actively playing to fulfill my order?

No. Only one person can be signed onto an account at one time. This is why we use our chat to agree with you fixed time slots where you may play with your account and we will not touch your account. This mechanism leaves you free to play when you will have mood to, but ensures also, that our pro-player will have no interruptions while working with your account.
